Multi-plane and multi-locking screw fixation options offer versatile surgical choices to achieve optimal fixation stability. Screw-in-screw design improves the fixation strength of osteoporosis. Blunt head locking screw design minimizes the risk of excessive penetration, while the countersinking design reduces soft tissue irritation.
Short screw features two different plane holes for secure locking. Long screw includes three locking holes designed to avoid key blood vessels, placed in the safe zone between the median nerve and radial nerve. Two anterior and posterior locking holes facilitate manual operations, minimizing rotation and displacement of distal fractures.
Nail diameter is optimized to be 30-40% of the narrowest transverse diameter of the medullary cavity. Recommendations: 3mm for 6-8 years old; 3.5mm for 9-11 years old; 4.0mm for 12-14 years old.
Special design of compression holes increases stability for transverse or short oblique fractures. Features a self-sustaining compression mechanism, eliminating the need for a static screw to maintain compression during surgery.
Compared with standard models with a radian radius of 1.5m, the distal location of TFNA with a radian radius of 1.0m inside the center of the medullary cavity is twice as likely to align optimally.
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients.
Yes, our manufacturing processes and orthopedic products comply strictly with international standards, holding ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications.
