Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we possess ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE approvals for our products.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be least at US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller samples orders in the beginning in order to test market our products. We could offer the free samples, but do not pay the cost of freight.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. But this takes a little longer time for delivery.

Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we have stock for every listed product, which is produced monthly. However, it depends on our sales condition. It is recommended to contact our sales representatives for accurate inventory information.

What are your terms and methods of payment?
For payments less than or equal to 800 USD, 100% in advance is required. For payments greater than 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance is required, with the balance due before shipment. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
